Gage would not attempt to take a 51% position at a sizeable premium as well as install 2 directors to the board unless Fiji gold assets are promising.
One of the directors no less than Chairman of Gage.
On top of this,Morris family buy $170k worth of shares.
Some cannot see the forest from the trees.
