One State attacks another State and the State that was attacked retaliates.
If the “core objective” of the first State is to see the second State wiped from the earth then why would anyone be surprised by the ruthless response.
End of the day the leaders of Palestine want a One State solution and there’s no room for Israel so why should it be any different for the Israelis?
It’s not Fair, Just or Palatable to any of the outsiders but I don’t think either side gives a hoot about what anyone else thinks.
It’s balls to the walls time and the gloves are off, fair play might be expected on the sports fields but it’s not a load of crap on the battlefield.
