When they finally get the go ahead for the 10k expansion they will need funding for that expansion. (300-400-500 million???).
There is every chance that we will end up with an off-take partner that owns 15-25% of AGY.
I think that's what the increase of the extra 10% of issued shares is all about.
If this happens how will the market rate it???
