Go Lead (Pb), leave 'em for dead., page-69

Interesting dilemma for management. With the reported oversupply of Lead for the next 18 months, if this is true, do you hold off progressing the mine and wait for the supply to drop and then hit the go button knowing you are still having to build plant, commission and start producing? Thats a two-year process I'm guessing. Or do you pull the pin soon and start the process so that in 18 months' time, you are starting production as the, hopefully, supplies are returning to more normal inventories. There is still the funding question of course in the meantime but just be interesting to know the thought process...
