Darwinism is essentially survival of the fittest (Natural Selection). But modern medicine has been altering that for a long time.
E.g. I have Type 1 diabetes. I and my DNA should've been dead decades ago if it weren't for insulin. So now I'm able to pass my dodgy genetics on.
It's no longer survival of the fittest. Hasn't been for a long time.
