I think the future earnings that you highlight is key. If nothing else, Crown and Star inquiries and the financials along the way seem to suggest that a ‘clean’ casino isn’t profitable. The regulation required for responsible gaming along with removing junkets etc really just turns the business into a low margin, government revenue collection business.
