I feel like I read somewhere that he was on the board of the company who owned the lease and they have brought him over to LNR so he got the shares as payment for the purchase of the lease. I could be wrong but I also don't really care as much as you seem to so DYOR super sleuth... then again I'd take your research with a grain of salt, considering you thought I was involved in LNR as more than just a shareholder...
