    No upto date accounts lodged = No Balance Sheet

    Without a balance sheet you cannot start the process of distribution, and lodge all the necessary documents to hold the necessary meeting for SH to approve.

    ATO ruling??

    How on earth are they getting any kind of ruling when the last accounts lodged were as at December 2022 - Yes 2022.
