Just speculation, but they might not have wanted to mark this price sensitive because the deal was done previously and they decided to announce it on the day they release the entitlement offer.
This is how much distrust I have for Tim. The lack of reliable communication on the seemingly never ending production issues is unforgivable and is not going to be quickly forgotten.
