Hardly earthshattering selling 14 million shares with his portfolio for $1 million at the lows .... could have been done at higher prices too - in fact it wasn't even Paul, it was his spouse. If it was 100 million shares, then I might start to wonder
If IMU did another CR in the next 6 months (regardless of the proclaimed 'special' purpose) it would be a nightmare IMO .... if the upcoming Quarterly shows $125 million in the bank once the R&D tax rebate is added to the amount, then I cannot see them doing a CR in the near future..... and let's not forget the IMUOE options - any decent rise in the share price could see some exercise those - even the Directors perhaps if they want to boost the cash at bank number ?
