Just to state. Arrowsmith North was never cleared for farming back in the day, as anyone with a brain would realize that the soil was useless and fragile. Erosion problems would be the biggest problem farming this land.

I have walked over a few areas on Arrowsmith North and have seen first hand the environment. I manage properties, and know full well what happens to this type of ground if disturbed.

I can't see how the VRX consultants could have quickened the application. Pretty sure they have experience with big companies as well. But just my observations
