What a stupid thing to say. This might be possible if you hold 1/10th of f* all.
The dilution occuring here is MANY magnitudes larger than what would be reasonable to undo through participating in the cap raise. If your average is 30c plus or heaven forbid $1.00, it would require Huge amounts of buying now to minimize dilution. You could be getting diluted at share prices of 10-30X smaller than your average.
