Because they announced $115m of capital raising at a 30% discount. In an SPP, the share always drops towards the capital raise price. I predicted 76-84 floor. So I sold on open at 89. As has been pointed out, I couldve timed it better but oh well. I can buy back in the SPP at 80 anyway (note: some here are very pushy that this will be massively oversubscribed and we'll all get $500 if we apply for $30k. I consider scaling back a reasonable chance. Scaling back to getting less than 10k quite unlikely).
