Unruly can be good.
Shows feistiness and courage to speak up and step up when needed.
The same spirit was demonstrated when the US SEC (equivalent to ASX) decided to sue Ripple. The unruly 100,000 strong Ripple supporters gathered in strength to help push back the alleged out-of-control and corrupt SEC.
Even 2 separate courts judges reprimanded the SEC for failing to comply with the law.
But politics in the US is complex. The SEC is almost without a leash.
