"APCH is licensed by ASIC as the Responsible Entity of Prime 7 Trust. Prime Trust has been registered by ASIC as a Managed Investment Scheme. Under the Corporations Act, the Responsible Entity is responsible for the proper promotion and management of Prime Trust as a Managed Investment Scheme.
APCH has been responsible for investment decisions and
selecting the Properties and preparing this PDS. Its ongoing responsibilities will include being the registered proprietor of Prime Trusts Properties, keeping accounts, co-ordinating and determining distributions to Unitholders, preparing financial statements for Prime Trust and the making of all investment decisions in pursuance of the objectives of Prime Trust."
