I would suggest that Kongwell Management as the holder of some 6+% of the issued shares was the off market seller.Neither Chifgeng[12.7%] nor Kongwell [6.2%] have indicated to the BOD that would not accept the current offer.They rejected the first offer.To have increased acceptances by 6% in one day suggests Kongwell has sold.Will know soon.
