My dear friend,
If we assume $200m capex requirement (more or less proportional to the 2ktpa plant) and a $6k gross margin per tone produced, it would take ~3 years of production to service a prepayment to cover the whole capex requirement at current LCE prices.
Thus, no dilution is possible.
