Can't recall whether the zero date (i.e. when the clock starts) is the trade date or settlement date. The Placement component was off-market, with settlement not due until this Friday. The Block Sale was on-market on Mon, with settlement due today -- assuming T+2 also applies to the Block Sale facility.
If you're expecting a F603 relating to the block sale, I think it's already been established that it's not a certainty, given there were multiple buyers in that sale.
