How about all take a chill pill and let the dust settle a bit.
Michael is clearly still actively promoting PharmAust's plight - just look at Linkedin.
The reasons he has resigned are listed as personal and if he doesn't want to say then he isn't required to say and his employers have no right to force it.
I know John and Michael have a long standing professional friendship and I am 100% sure he will be working to ensure John gets a fair start.

I suspect they have flicked the investor portal just for a little while as John needs time to get his head in the right space and Micheal has been set aside so can't answer as CEO.

Start of trial coming (start being approval by HREC in AU at the lead site)
We could hear of grants also or other funding sources and we all know there is a funding gap to close

So much more important stuff happening. We have Duthy on the Bod now too so there is so the BoD will be knowing they need to step up - and they must.
