Great, and I’m glad they blogged it rather than PR’d it because they’ll clearly be entering into many agreements with all manner of contractors for various parts of the process from this point forward. PRing these largely operational things will quickly see them accused by our usual bears of “fluff” and padding. I guess it’s an MoU at this stage too because they cannot award it as a contract until they have a confirmed & financed project for construction. It is seemingly not material or of major equity consequence otherwise it they would’ve needed to disclose to market today. Still a great addition to the suite of contractors/partners and their expertise in electrification is world leading. ABB clearly like what they see at Vulcan.
