Her incoming directors disclosure shows she has no shares in FBR sold out in the teens is my guess
Mike obviously stacking the board strategically... bet if Grellman retires at AGM Shanon will become chairman...
Strategically a better choice would be Lindsay Partridge for Chair but that would threaten Mike as CEO...
Come on Mike do what's best for FBR!
