State Street are notorious shorters.If you're looking to getting in, as I am. Then a good time to buy 'might' be when we no longer see longer see these types of announcements from them. Just my observations of course. When I see State Street becoming a holder in a company, I have shares in. I sell immediately and watch and wait until the above occurs then by back in.
