you are very selective with your views. You tend to omit the views of the Young Family at 15% who have know GC for a very long time - dont you think its strange that they want him gone as well ? ex business partners & his son who runs a division inside SEQ. Then throw in the chairman - why do you think JL wants GC gone ? Forget all the SC legal case - you have both the ex chairman of the board + the largest shareholder wanting GC gone - this cant be ignored. Their reasons will come out.
if you want a view on GC ask the ex CEO (he knifed) the ex CFO (on a NDA), advice management or the long list of employees sacked because they didn't agree with GC. Do your homework
Acorn vote will be interesting but I cant see how they cant be conflicted given SEQ own units in their funds & Acorn own shares in SEQ
