    You guys don't get what I mean read both MOUs carefully especially key terms you'll find that both have exclusivity now for the pilot project only. I'm not talking anything beyond this pilot. So who really has exclusivity

    One has 3 years the other 12 months

    but if MOUs don't really mean anything then the ezclusitivity thing could really mean nothing and is only real in the event a real GSA is signed
