you can clearly see its a grab for cash scenario, why raise such a large sum at such a low price?
the fact he has attached free oppies at 2c with a 4year term
shows he has no confidence in the sp going any higher, this will get played down to 0.003c and you will see VMM make a take over at 0.006c, I cant see any reason why anybody will hold this stock! these guys are out to line their pockets
