IMO Winning is better than losing I suppose. I imagine an appeal might be the losers best bet but I don’t really know what stance will be taken next . I wonder if this will open a class action for shareholders against them as well if there dishonesty worked against us imo. Anyhow it is what it is so but sometimes you have to take accountability for your actions right & wrong so hopefully they can come up with a solution to get this over & out .
