Offtake pricing will be based around North Asia spot and something agreeable to both sides over the long term, not cut and thrust. Even if they stay at these levels, the next stage will see something around $200m gross profit and the idea that it would have a P/E of only 5:1 is absurd. Count in the price changes, production problems and supply squeezes and 80c will be a roadside stop for a slash.
