It is an endless cycle:
1) Share price consolidation at 1 cent
2) REE exploration announcement to hype up the market, especially retail.
3) People accumulated at 1 cent sold out at 30-100%+ profit
4) Capital raise at steep discount after exploration announcement hype.
5) Momentum vanished and share price drops back to 1 cent.
6) New cycle continues. Management gets paid big bucks and company remains as a bottom tier ASX exploration stock.
