In regards to offtake price - contract prices are still well north of $20k it wont be spot unless for lack of a partner and desperation.
That's still around the $1 range in this conservative climate.
In regards to GLN - it isn't in a good space.

Wish them luck but it's a heavy socialist province. Who's to say they won't force them to supply more feed to the local gov facility under the muscle of royalties.
