The key concern of larger rsh's is managing cap gains tax. The t/o will almost certainly go thru. Ive sold down significantly and deployed the funds to make up the discount to t/o price. The price will probably sneak up marginally prior to end of f/y as large funds buy up for "guaranteed" returns for a short hold. Each to their own strategy.
