@AICp), I posed a question on the chart thread re 'Backout Period' or 'Closed Period'.
I have now read the ASX terms of trading and Bundy sent me the link to IMU's governance and now read, held within are trading periods.
IMU is not in or near a 'Blackout Period', usually 7days before mid and end reporting periods.
IMU is not (that I am aware of) in or near 'Closed Period'. These would be typically anounced if significant information was at hand and about to be released. e.g. a data cut would require a Closed Period.
IMU's terms also include ones' Spouse and Family members (typical, as per ASX suggested rules)
It is suggested that a member cannot buy or sell shares/options near any Price Sensitive information being released. This period is vague at best. Some use 7days (IMU I think?), others use 2-4weeks. Or in another case, a holding of mine is in a 2month 'Closed Period' readying for Nasdaq listing.
Therefore Ms Hopper sale was last week and therefore she (&PH) are not privvy to any PS info due for release to the market in the short term, and outside the 7day quarterly. This would include tomorrow, IMO, and maybe next week? This would aquate to 2weeks of no 'known' info/data that maybe deamed price sensitive?

I am not bothered by MS Hoppers sale, just more concerned that we wouldn't get a PS Ann for a period of time, which would not bode well for the SP.
