You weren't this vocal before wr1 bought that plant. Wait til you have to spend millions revamping it. The dilution wr1 will go through wont be small just to get up and running.
PMT will partner with ALB to get it all up and running imo and it'll be attached with plenty of offtakes. The lake part might cost abit. But theres plenty of rock no where near the lake. We will be a cash cow just on that alone.
