Unfortunately, no-one will get what's coming to them - not the CEO, not the holder of the trust account, not the board and not the shareholders.
The history of the CEO and the law firm show that they have settled every claim made against them. They'll probably do so here. The board gets to continue playing as if they had no responsibility for what happened. And we get to keep getting reamed.
No-one gets what they deserve.
