What is annoying is PCL's behavior. Mid Jan, the announcement said 2 months for the DATA and that would
start the 3 month WDS clock. What's more, they also said that there'll be progressive reports in the waiting period.
The two months period ended mid March. Not only did we not get an announcement then to say there might be further delays, there were certainly no progressive reports at all.
If all these delays are because of WDS, then I think PCL should start looking at (I am sure there are plenty) other possibilities.
