no I wasn’t aware of the consolidation, but had made a mental note to research this possibility. This a bill guy is obviously a very important to DVP , and from memory has a substantial holding . He appears to be the energy behind DVP, always good to have a passionate leader, but as I’ve learnt, very strong leaders aren’t always answerable to boards etc . Strong leaders can leave a succession vacuum too, as they can’t imagine a replacement . I think the leadership team is a key area to research , so many dodgy brothers out there fiddling with cash raised as if it’s their own bank account.
