    they're not nearly as big as the Hoover Dam, come.on Kev. You make completely.unserious comments, whether upramping or downramping.

    The second dam is a fairly serious size but imo the difficulties won't be engineerig etc but rather issues with draining & diverting that much water, and damaging the local ecosystem & wildlife.
