That's the way I read it. I like this move from TAH, I think it will unlock some takeover potential for both demerged companies. Crown will be thinking about getting the Casino company at some point.
Shareholders should get 1 share in each company. There is a 1 for 9 renouncible rights issue prior to this though happening now. I think people will take this up at $6.25.
Hopefully this will start to get TAH moving forward again and unlocking some value from the business.
