Five and a half months after our "Glencore Agreement for Offtake and Financing Prepayment Facility" we are still in limbo. We continue to drive full steam ahead on construction (spending like a drunken sailor) whilst they seem to drag their heels, supposedly doing due diligence.

Couple of questions, and I'm aware this will be largely conjecture and speculation:

- What was Glencore's end game (ultimate goal) when they entered this process?

- Has this changed in the last 5 1/2 months?

- Are there any ways we can extricate ourselves from this sub-optimal position, largely of our own making?
