Feels like the Koreans are on the outer in regard to Dubbo these days - with the US and now Canada on board, each expecting some role in the project development for their own companies, not much room for input from Korea. In hindsight ASM spent way too lonh waiting for the Koreans to ante up and now they will likely miss out!
There have been significant changes to Dubbo scope since the original BFS so certainly need an update and associated NPV re-assessment. Any thoughts on what entity might be wanting a 20% stake? A major off-taker perhaps?
