Big Parma's are, most recently paying US$8bn for Skyclavs at the time of the deal peak sales revenue was estimated US$1.5bn.
When you look at the numbers, it would be seen as a joke in the industry if 2591 is as successful in all indications as PMS, ground breaking science and was sold for US$4bn
$50 p/sh would do us all very well, no s&%t, I know! However its not about that, its evidently clear its about the numbers of the end market opportunity for the proposed aquirer.
Second point is, Neuren team is developing world first drugs here, leading the way in the industry and they can't go it alone, please.
Due to the many failures to date, it could arguably be said they would be the best team to bring these drugs to market.
Partner with the right partner with cash and bringing drug to market globally and they are set, ironically its been leaked that they 're looking at this re Blackstone!
However I am not surprised some can't see the second point if they struggle to see the first.
