And I got to thinking. If Woodlawn is 10-15mths away and a hot asset, then wouldn't now be the time the instos want to take a position. Well maybe they did at $2, but if so I'd have thought the $2 was priced to have them add on market and average out to $2.20-$2.30. Doesn't seem to be happening, so is WL problematic for us like it was for Heron?
