yes but when you are asked to undertake a police cheque to check at the star, patrons just go to a club or pub instead where they dont have to do the same.
That is the uneven playing field that keeps being brought up in the enquiry.
There's a reason why stars profits are plummeting and pubs and clubs are rising.
