Note, Weds closing price movement was someone playing funny buggers, the drop to 12.5c was part of the closing auction with a massive 1 share traded (though 12.5c was still the best bid at the time so still not good for the stock!)

Today will be day 3, assuming trades occur, of working out what the 5-day VWAP is for the on-market buyback which can start next Weds. From this we get the standard on-market buyback rule of max price payable being 5-day VWAP + 5%. Current VWAP looks like it is sitting a bit over 13c so max would be 13.5c, possibly 14c, but who knows how the next 3 trading days will change this.
