Ann: Image Signs ATM Facility, page-2

I've always wondered why resource companies in Oz don't use atm to stop the cr price crushes. Am I reading this correctly that we are paying 2.5m for this facility so a 20% discount for the raise, but on the flip side they can time it when they want to so that overall you can come out way better than a traditional CR? This seems like the ideal way to go about it when you are cashed up if my reading of it is correct. Since it's collateralised with shares there is also the incentive for the provider of the facility to do right by shareholders.
