They've raised at around a 200% premium to where the price was less than a year ago. The raise price was also at a premium to the price only a week prior to the raise, so any investor that had been in longer than a week would still be at a profit relative to the raise price. They are a profitable ultra high growth company that raised to fund further growth as opposed to simply keeping the lights on. There was heavy institutional demand for the raise, these institutions will now have their base positions, from which they will continue to accumulate more on market.
If this is the "worst capital raise ever" and if you seriously think retail have been screwed despite the enormous gains that have been experienced here, you are either very new to the stock market and lack any experience and knowledge as to how it works, or you are deliberately attempting to create a negative perception in relation to the company. The recent AGM results though indicates that investors are very supportive of management, and the strong results they've delivered.
