Only a fool would argue that the use of POTUS immunity would stretch to those sorts of acts
Everyone...everyone with more than a double-digit IQ knows this about immunity in the course of normal POTUS tasks in his role as head of the Executive Branch and as C-i-C.
Everyone knows this issue has only emerged because, for the first time, one political party has chosen to break all the conventions and go after a POTUS for this sort of thing
