Are you suggesting there is no evidence that Criminal Defendant Trump committed a crime ?

Lets put this into perspective and ask why is Criminal Defendant Trump claiming immunity if there was no crime committed and no evidence of a crime ?

Logic suggest that if you are claiming immunity it is because a crime has been committed and hence why you need to assert immunity
