    They didn't mention second EDF loan in ann., only off-take extention, I think that's why they raise 40 mil via C-N and placement. Interesting things are when so many people contacted the company, they said no new placement, I think they didn't tell the truth. I remain my confidence on ccc, still hold all my shares and options, but this is my concern.
