it’s in the best interest in the long term for the buyback to done as cheap as possible. You keep going on about them not buying back enough shares but If you’re correct and the price will drop to $13 why would they be buying them for todays price? Like wise if the company buys back too many at once it will push the price upwards and again they will be paying more than they need to. Hope that h makes some sense
