Heard of Bergin it was 2019 from memory. There was never a special manager appointed nor a follow-up inquiry regarding suitability for unrestricted licence. I can speak freely this whole thing reads of theft from retail holders to enrich private accounts. Who specifically is involved may one day be uncovered.
